Using the Zoom in function of the menu list to browse the PowerPoint pages in a full screen

mode. In the preview window, at the right corner of the bottom of the screen, you can use the

stylus to drag the section you want to view. Tapping mark on the screen will quit the

zoom-in mode.

Tapping End show will return to the screen of PowerPoint document list.

9.5 Word Mobile

You can create a new Word document by using Word functions. Also, you can open and edit

the Word document copied from the computer to the phone for your business convenience.

• Tap in the stand-by screen and select Word Mobile function from Programs . Now, the

screen will show Word document list saved in the phone. Tapping Name at the right corner

above the screen will change the sort order of the document list.

• On the screen of Word document list, using the stylus to tap and open the file.

• On the screen of Word document list, tap All folders option at the left corner above the screen.

You can look up the files saved in different folders from the popped document folder list.
